Principal Accountabilities:
• Organize & participate in the selection and hiring process through screening applicants, recruiting prospective employees and coordinates searches with recruiters.
• Prepares position descriptions, track personnel requisitions and responsible for organizing all pre-employment screening
• Coordinating new employee orientation session and other training/event
• Other duties as assigned by Human Resources Manager
Professional Requirements:
• A Bachelor degree in any major, preferably in Psychology
• Minimum 3-5 years working experience as an HR Generalist or Recruitment
• Excellent Problem Solving
• Understanding Indonesia's labor law and regulations
Non Technical Requirements:
• Demonstrate competence in Microsoft Office Applications
• Ability to work independently or in a team
• Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
• Ability to prioritize and organize work
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Able to work under pressure
