Job Title: Network Administrator

Department: MIS

Reporting to: MIS MANAGER

Location: Tangerang

Principal Accountabilities:
    • This position is accountable to assist MIS Manager in the administration, operation, maintenance, development, and troubleshooting of company information systems including computer hardware and network infrastructures for optimum performance, availability, and efficiency.
    • Specific tasks involve maintaining hardware and software components including computer clients, firewalls, bandwidth management, PABX phone system, switches, routers, and other associated network hardware to ensure system readiness and availability. Author and maintain technical documentation to illustrate technical configuration, system requirements, and system interfaces.
    • To supervise the training of users in using computers, printers, and other peripherals in addition to the program application installed.
Professional Requirements:
    • S1, preferably in Information System or Engineering (Information Technology or Computer System) or Computer Literate.
    • Minimum 5 years experience in network, security, and virtualization infrastructure specific for installation, maintenance, development, and troubleshooting.
    • In-depth knowledge of various network systems & devices (Firewall, Router, Switch, Antivirus, WiFi Controller & Access Point, Printer, CCTV, Access Door, and PABX phone system)
    • Cisco (CCNA/CCNP) Certification is an advantage.
    • Security (NSE) Certification is an advantage.
Non Technical Requirements:

    • English as per standard requirement
    • Must be able to work constructively in teams, discipline, highly motivated, and willing to learn
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills and ability to work with all levels of company employees are required
