Reporting to: Personnel Admin and Employee Relations Assistant Manager
Location: Within Indonesia
Principal Accountabilities:
Responsible for Human Resources Information System (HRIS) including testing of the system
Analyzes system requirements by identifying and implementing changes/upgrades to the existing system to support the human resources program/services
Implements, maintains and enhances HRIS tables, codes, and security
Coordinates the resolution of vendor problem
Oversees maintenance and processing of employee records by conducting audits to ensure validity, integrity and consistency of the HRIS data
Identifies opportunities for improving Human Resources processes through information systems changes
Responsible for analysis of employee information provided by the HRIS (pay grade, performance data, payroll information, employee demographics, skills inventory, absenteeism, overtime, turnover)
Coaching Human Resources Staff in using HRIS and operations
Respond to enquiries, follow up and assist employees and managers to complete HRIS related matters
Professional Requirements:
At least 5 years of relevant working experience in HRIS role or in similar/equivalent position
Proficient knowledge or exposure in HRIS Software
Strong working knowledge on Microsoft Office
Knowledge in SQL is an advantage
Systems and module implementations experience preferred
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including ability to develop and execute user training (in Bahasa and English)
