Job Title: Corporate Security Officer

Department: QSHES

Reporting to: QSHES MANAGER

Location: Tangerang

Principal Accountabilities:
    • Manage and maintain the Aircraft Operator Security Program (AOSP) and Station Security Manual (SSM).
    • Conduct security audits, inspections, and reviews to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
    • Review QSHES procedures for compliance with aviation security standards (DIRKAMPEN, ICAO Annex 17 & 18, Doc 8973 & 9284, IOSA/BARS).
    • Prepare security threat assessments and investigation reports.
    • Coordinate with internal departments to promote security awareness and training.
    • Report and communicate security issues to the QSHES Manager.
Professional Requirements:

    • Holds or has held an Aviation Security (Avsec) License and Company Aviation Safety Officer (CASO) certification.

    • University graduate 

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a security management role (aviation or similar field).

    • Instructor or facilitator experience is an advantage.

    • TOEIC 600 or equivalent English ability.

    • QMS qualification in security is an advantage

Non Technical Requirements:

    • Good understanding of aviation security regulations and practices.

    • Able to multitask and use Microsoft Office applications.

    • Strong communication skills, written and verbal.

    • Positive attitude, eager to learn, reliable, and objective.
