Job Title: Junior Mechanic

Department: TECHNICAL

Reporting to: MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Location: Within Indonesia

Principal Accountabilities:
    • Demonstrate professionalism and deliver high-quality performance as a mechanic.
    • Successfully complete all assigned classroom and on-the-job training programs as designated by the Company.
    • Acquire and apply fundamental aviation knowledge, including applicable rules and regulations.
    • Develop and maintain high personal standards in professional conduct and technical competency.
Professional Requirements:
    • Minimum Diploma (D3) in Aeronautics or Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (fresh graduates are welcome to apply; Indonesian nationals only).
    • Possession of an Aviation Basic License (A1, A4) is mandatory; an A2 License will be considered an advantage.
    • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
    • Computer literate.
    • Physically and mentally fit.
    • Willing to be assigned to remote areas for field duty assignments.
    • Willing to enter into a bond agreement in accordance with Company requirements.
