Job Title: Technical Record Staff

Department: TECHNICAL

Reporting to: PPC SUPERVISOR

Location: Within Indonesia

Principal Accountabilities:
    • Support Reliability and PPC (Production Planning Control) to improve aircraft reliability, efficiency, and performance
    • Carry out Technical Records project work as directed by the Technical Manager & Supervisors
    • Maintain and update aircraft technical logs, maintenance records, and component history
    • Track flight hours, cycles, and landing data
    • Ensure all records comply with aviation authority regulations (e.g., FAA, EASA, CAA)
    • Assist with internal and external audits
    • Prepare documents for lease return or aircraft transfer
    • Scan, file, and organize digital and paper technical records
Professional Requirements:
    • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Industrial/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Aeronautical Engineering (fresh graduates are welcome to apply; Indonesian nationals only).
    • Medium of basic aircraft technical knowledge
    • Familiar with Aircraft Maintenance Software
    • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
    • Physically and mentally fit.
