Job Title: B737 NG – Max REI Engineer

Department: TECHNICAL

Reporting to: JET MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Location: Within Indonesia

Principal Accountabilities:
    • Provide safe, reliable, and efficient technical support for the Company's fleet during charter operations.
    • Work closely with B737-NG/MAX Flight Operations and fellow Engineers to assess, monitor, troubleshoot, and provide technical feedback on engine faults and repairs to ensure optimum engine performance.
    • Ensure all maintenance activities and operations comply with applicable aviation safety standards and regulations.
Professional Requirements:
    • Graduate of an Aviation Academy or equivalent institution.
    • Hold a valid Basic License and REI License, or ICAO equivalent.
    • Hold a current B737-NG/MAX Type Rating.
    • Minimum 10 years of experience in line or base maintenance.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience working with B737-NG/MAX aircraft.
    • Good computer literacy.
    • Good command of written and spoken English.
    • Thorough knowledge of DGCA CASR regulations.
Non Technical Requirements:
    • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage working relationships and cultural diversity.
    • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
    • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Open to expatriate candidates.
    • Willing to be based in Indonesia.
    • Willing to follow recruitment tests
