Job Title: Turboprop DHC 300/400 Engineer

Department: TECHNICAL

Reporting to: MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Location: Within Indonesia

Principal Accountabilities:
    • Provide safe, reliable, and efficient technical support for the Company's fleet during charter operations.
    • Work closely with Turboprop DHC-6-300/400 Flight Operations and fellow Engineers to assess, monitor, troubleshoot, and provide technical feedback on engine faults and repairs to ensure optimum engine performance.
    • Ensure all maintenance activities and operations comply with applicable aviation safety standards and regulations.
Professional Requirements:
    • Aviation technical background or equivalent qualification.
    • Hold valid A1 and A4 Basic Licenses.
    • Hold current type ratings for DHC-6-300/400 and PT6A series.
    • Thorough understanding of DHC-6 aircraft systems.
    • Minimum 10 years of experience working on DHC-6 aircraft, including at least 7 years in line maintenance.
    • Experience as an Engineer on Board (EOB) or Engineer in Charge (EIC) will be an advantage.
    • Previous experience in maintenance resource planning is preferred.
    • Good computer literacy.
    • Good command of written and spoken English.
    • Thorough knowledge of DGCA CASR regulations.
Non Technical Requirements:
    • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage working relationships and cultural diversity.
    • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Indonesian citizens only.
    • Willing to be assigned to remote areas based on the Company's field tour schedule.
