Job Title: Purchasing and Custom Supervisor

Department: SALES AND PROCUREMENT

Reporting to: ASSISTANT PROCUREMENT MANAGER

Location: Tangerang

Principal Accountabilities:
    •  Monitor all purchasing & procurement process for aircraft and non-aircraft items to ensure the process complies with the company’s regulations
    • Ensure that custom procedures are executed correctly and control of all shipping and transportation in conjunction with the customs clearance and collection from cargo bonds of materials
    • Review and monitor PO & RO service level reports prepared by subordinates
    • Attend meetings with related suppliers to get better negotiation, follow up issues or any requirement,s and develop criteria and checklists to meet Company's requirements
    • Support follow-up invoices for payment process and solve discrepancies with the supplier (if any) and work closely with other related department
    • Prepare cost-benefit analysis on some purchase option
    • Support for any requirement, project, or any other administrative tasks related to purchasing and custom
    • Communicate to suppliers the needs and expectations of the company and support the Company in monitoring supplier performance and staff performance as well
Professional Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business/ Commercial, preferably related to procurement purchasing management or equivalent
    • Minimum 4 years experience in purchasing management
    • Have a comprehensive knowledge in strategic procurement and custom principles
    • Have an overall procurement experience (i.e, sourcing, negotiation, purchasing, designing, and enhancing SOP related procurement as well)
    • Have an excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
    • Fluent in English both spoken and written
    • Ms. Office literacy
