Job Title: Flight Operations Officer (Dispatcher)

Department: OPERATIONS

Reporting to: LEAD FOO

Location: Within Indonesia

Principal Accountabilities:
    • Prepare data and information required by the regulation to dispatch aircraft.
    • Analyse data and decide whether the flight can be dispatched safely, and file ATC Flight Plan is in accordance with regulation.
    • Ensure that all crew scheduled are informed and confirmed before the commencement of any flight
    • Supervise the performance of company representative or ground handling agent appointed at the airport
    • Liaise and coordinate with the airport authority and agencies
    • Monitor; maintain, and update the Company’s manuals and documents required for the flight operations
    • Prepare monthly report of the flight operation as required
    • Willing to be assigned duty out of station or duty at the office if needed.
Professional Requirements:
    • Minimum D3/S1 background
    • Minimum 2 years from Aviation Industry
    • Have active FOO License (Must)
    • Willing to work in shift
    • Computer Literacy
    • Fluent in English
