Job Title: Compensation & Benefit Specialist

Department: HR & GENERAL AFFAIRS

Reporting to: HR ASSISTANT MANAGER GENERALIST PLACEMENT & RETENTION

Location: Tangerang

Principal Accountabilities:
    • Administer end-to-end payroll cycle including personal income tax (PPh 21)
    • Managing daily operations related to compensation including data files, expenses claim, up to salary reports
    • Evaluating existing compensation to keep efficiency operations
    • Implementing new compensation procedures
    • Ensuring all programs, policies, and procedures comply with current legislation.
    • Manage payroll calculation & disbursement including personal income tax (Pph 21)
    • Give response to employee inquires on salary and payment slip
    • Support business related to compensation analysis
Professional Requirements:
    • Bachelor degree in Social field
    • Minimum 3 years working experience in HR practices and compensation cycle position
    • Demonstrates competence in Microsoft Office Applications, especially MS Excel is a must
    • Skills required: Payroll, Personal Income Tax (Pph 21), Compensations and Benefits
    • Adequate knowledge of current labor rules and regulations
    • Proven English communication skills, written and verbal
    • Strong communication skills in a multicultural environment.
    • Attention to detail skill, ability to multitask, and highly organized.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
